This show as scheduled to be held at the Harbor Center in Portsmouth, Virginia, but had to be moved to The Norva in Norfolk, Virginia due to damage to the Harbor Center's roof from Hurricane Izabel. In addition, a fire started at the Chili's restaurant in the mall across the street from the venue on the day of the performance. Wayne spoke throughout the night on the theme of helping others and 00"rescue," thanking the Norva for stepping in and providing a venue for the show.
