"Do You Realize??" has been a staple of live sets since its release, oftentimes closing the regular set or encore as a climax including copious amounts of confetti. Occasionally it has been used as an opener as well. The backing video features footage of a topless woman dancing and a mirror ball. Radio performances of "Do You Realize??" have been acoustic and significantly stripped-down.
