"Laser Hands" is the piece of music that is played while Wayne uses his giant hand props with embedded green lasers shooting out of the palms. It is considered by Steven to be a trilogy piece, with three sections. "Contemplation" is the first section, from the beginning of the song to the point where the stage lights are cut and the laser hands are ignited. The section with the lasers is "Exploration." The final section, "Ascension," begins when the lasers conclude and the stage lights come back on, with the band backed by a video of animals snarling.
